Congratulations to Gerard Place in Buffalo on the opening of their new community center! Gerard Place is one of the programs supported by Literacy New York's State Technical Assistance (STAC) program, and offers one to one and small group tutoring to adults improving their skills and working toward high school equivalency diplomas. The new center will allow them to reach even more people in need in the Buffalo area.
