Literacy NY Kicks Off a New Year of Janice Cuddahee Fund Activities
January represents a fresh start for Janice Cuddahee Fund activities, and Literacy New York welcomes the sense of anticipation a new year of JCF-supported projects brings!
Thanks to generous donations in 2021, we met (and even exceeded by a little bit!) the Janice Cuddahee Fund Giving Challenge we kicked off in November. We have built the fund balance to the point where we can award 80 tutor training workshops to deserving adult literacy programs this year. In addition, Literacy NY is expanding the support we give to our JCF grantees by sharing virtual resources that they can use to provide professional development to their tutors and staff.
To find out more about the Janice Cuddahee Fund and the activities it supports, visit the Janice Cuddahee Fund page here on our website. For adult literacy programs that could benefit from online tutor training, we have included a link to the JCF application on that page.
To donate to the fund, click our "Donate" button at the top of this page and choose "Janice Cuddahee Fund". Thank you!
